# Trello Power-Up Admin Setup

## 1. Create the Power-Up

1. Open the Trello Power-Up admin portal.
2. Create a new Power-Up named `COSMIC AI-Risk Management`.
3. Set the connector URL to your deployed `/index.html` URL.
4. Enable these capabilities:
   - `authorization-status`
   - `show-authorization`
   - `show-settings`
   - `board-buttons`
   - `card-buttons`
   - `card-badges`
   - `card-detail-badges`
   - `card-back-section`

## 2. Generate the Trello API key

1. In the Power-Up admin portal, open the API Key tab.
2. Generate a Power-Up API key.
3. Put the value in `.env`:

TRELLO_API_KEY=your_generated_powerup_key
TRELLO_APP_NAME=COSMIC AI-Risk Management
PUBLIC_BASE_URL=https://your-public-powerup-domain.example.com
```

The app serves these values to the browser through `/config.js`.

## 3. Use HTTPS for Trello testing

Trello must load the connector and iframe pages from a public secure URL.

For local development, expose the local app with an HTTPS tunnel, then set:

```env
PUBLIC_BASE_URL=https://your-tunnel-url.example.com
```

Restart the server after changing `.env`.

## 4. Register the connector URL

Use this URL in the Trello Power-Up admin portal:

https://your-public-powerup-domain.example.com/index.html
```

For local tunnel testing, use:

```text
https://your-tunnel-url.example.com/index.html
```

## 5. Add the Power-Up to a board

1. Open the target Trello board.
2. Add the custom Power-Up.
3. Open Power-Up settings.
4. Confirm the COSMIC API base URL.
5. Open a Trello card.
6. Click `Assess AI Risk`.
7. Save the assessment.
8. Confirm the card badge, detail badge, and card back section update.
9. Click `Create Mitigation Checklist` after authorization.

## 6. Expected board behavior

| Feature | Expected result |
|---|---|
| Board button | Opens the COSMIC AI-Risk dashboard. |
| Card button | Opens the assessment form. |
| Card badge | Shows `Risk n/100`. |
| Detail badge | Shows risk status and deployment gate status. |
| Card back section | Shows latest score, interpretation, highest risk, and blocking criteria. |
| Mitigation checklist | Creates a checklist with governance and evidence tasks. |
