# Step 10: Final Academic Documentation and Instructor Submission Package

## Purpose

This step prepares the COSMIC AI-Risk Dashboard for academic evaluation and instructor review. It does not add a new business feature. It organizes the evidence that proves the prototype follows the project framework, the design diagrams, the implemented modules, and the required software engineering discipline.

## Scope

Step 10 adds the final documentation layer:

1. Final report draft.
2. Instructor submission checklist.
3. Demo script.
4. Traceability matrix.
5. Testing evidence summary.
6. Evaluation rubric mapping.
7. Deployment runbook.
8. Known limitations and future work.
9. Submission README.

## Source-derived foundation

The source presentation defines COSMIC AI-Risk Management as an integrated measurement framework for AI project risks. It emphasizes measurable risk indicators, the organizational, technical, and human governance dimensions, software prototype delivery, REST API support, validation, and integration with project management tools.

## Software design extension

The dashboard implementation extends the source framework into a practical application. The application adds a storage layer, risk scoring service, mitigation workflow, deployment gate workflow, reporting module, OAuth connector layer, role-based access control, and production deployment hardening.

## Instructor evaluation logic

The submission package should show that each implemented feature is connected to:

1. A project requirement.
2. A UML class or service.
3. A use case.
4. A sequence flow.
5. A database entity.
6. An API endpoint.
7. A test case or validation check.
8. A dashboard or report output.

## Development status after Step 10

The project is ready for instructor review as a complete academic software prototype. Future work should focus on polishing the live connector configuration, adding a real database, and preparing the final defense presentation if required.
